Chef Hitesh Rana’s passion for Indian cuisine began at Rizvi College, where his love for the vibrant flavours of India blossomed. With extensive experience in renowned 5-star establishments and The Ambassador Hotel in Mumbai, Chef Rana refined his expertise in creating extraordinary flavours. His collaboration with The Mars Group led to the creation of “Sachins,” a restaurant dedicated to cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.
In 2006, Chef Rana brought his culinary mastery to Canada, opening Daal Roti on Financial Drive in Mississauga—a haven for authentic Bombay-inspired cuisine. Known for its bold spices, rich dishes, and impeccable presentation, Daal Roti has become a beloved spot for those craving exquisite Indian food.
