Chef Hitesh Rana’s culinary journey began at Rizvi College. While being in college, he developed a deep passion for Indian cuisine. With years of experience in prestigious 5-star establishments and The Ambassador Hotel in Mumbai, he honed his skills in crafting exceptional flavours. Collaborating with The Mars Group, Chef Rana co-founded “Sachins,” a restaurant honouring cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.
In 2006, he brought his culinary artistry to Brampton, Canada, creating Daal Roti—a destination for authentic Bombay-inspired cuisine. Known for its rich spices, vibrant dishes, and impeccable presentation, it’s a favourite among Indian food enthusiasts.
