Committed to serving the very best in Indian cuisine.

Chef Hitesh Rana’s love for Indian cuisine began at Rizvi College and flourished through his experience in prestigious 5-star hotels and Mumbai’s iconic Ambassador Hotel. His culinary journey includes launching “Sachins,” a restaurant honouring cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.

In 2006, Chef Rana brought his passion to Canada, opening Daal Roti—a haven for authentic Bombay-inspired cuisine. Renowned for its bold spices, rich flavours, and warm hospitality, Daal Roti offers a perfect blend of tradition and modern flair.
